At Kul Services Inc., we strive for customer satisfaction with our HVAC products and installation services. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or service corrections may be processed.

- HVAC Equipment (Products)
New, Uninstalled Equipment:
If you have purchased HVAC equipment from us that has not yet been installed and is still in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging, you may request a return within [e.g., 14 or 30] days of the purchase date.
A proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.
Returns of uninstalled equipment are subject to a restocking fee of [e.g., 15-25]% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from your refund.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the equipment to us unless the return is due to our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong item).
Special order equipment may be non-returnable or subject to a higher restocking fee. This will be communicated at the time of purchase.
Installed Equipment:
Once HVAC equipment has been installed by Kul Services Inc. or any third party, it cannot typically be returned for a refund simply due to a change of mind or if it’s not the “right fit” after installation (unless there was a misrepresentation on our part regarding its suitability, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis).
Defective Equipment: If installed equipment is found to be defective, it will be handled under the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty. Kul Services Inc. will assist you in facilitating warranty claims with the manufacturer, which may involve repair or replacement of the defective unit or parts as per the manufacturer’s policy. Labor costs for warranty work may or may not be covered by the manufacturer; Kul Services Inc. will clarify this based on the specific warranty.
- Installation and Repair Services
Workmanship Guarantee:
Kul Services Inc. provides a workmanship guarantee on our installation and repair services for a period of [e.g., 90 days, 1 year] from the date of service completion.
If you experience an issue directly related to the quality of our installation or repair workmanship within this guarantee period, please contact us immediately.
We will schedule a service visit to assess the issue. If the problem is determined to be a result of our workmanship, we will correct the work at no additional labor charge to you.
This guarantee does not cover issues arising from misuse, neglect, lack of proper maintenance by the customer, pre-existing conditions not addressed by our service, or failures of parts not supplied or installed by us.
Service Call / Diagnostic Fees:
Service call fees or diagnostic fees cover the cost of our technician’s travel and time to diagnose an issue with your HVAC system. These fees are generally non-refundable, even if you decide not to proceed with the recommended repairs.
Refunds for Services:
Refunds for services rendered are generally not provided if the service was performed as agreed upon and met industry standards.
If you are dissatisfied with a service performed, please contact us within [e.g., 7 days] of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a re-service, partial refund, or credit, at our discretion.
- Cancellation of Scheduled Services

- Manufacturer’s Warranties
Most HVAC equipment comes with a manufacturer’s warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period. Kul Services Inc. will provide you with information on applicable manufacturer warranties at the time of purchase and installation. We will assist customers in processing claims under these warranties, but the final determination of warranty coverage rests with the manufacturer.
